Administrative Assistant
Recruit and train young talent for your practice — at no training cost.
The Level 2 Administrative Assistant apprenticeship is the first step in a progressive pathway: recruit a 16–24 year old through our recruitment service, train them in the fundamentals of primary care administration over eight months or more, then progress them to a Level 3 or Level 4 programme depending on their skills and ambitions.
Available for new recruits aged 16 to 24. This programme is designed as an entry route for new recruits and progresses to our Level 3 programmes.
Programme features
- Designed for primary care — medical data entry, patient and stakeholder communication, appointment booking, inbox management and operational policies.
- From 8 months of core delivery — with 1:1 support for every apprentice.
- Recruitment included — we can help you find, onboard and train the right candidate.
- Progression built in — apprentices move on to Level 3 or Level 4 with us on completion.
