Administrative Assistant: the programme
From 8 months of core delivery, plus Apprenticeship Assessment (AA). Around six hours a week of your working time goes on learning: workshops, online resources, work-based projects and one-to-one time with your tutor.
Medical data entry
Accurate, confidential record keeping in practice systems.
Patient and stakeholder communication
Professional communication by phone, email and face to face.
Appointment booking and inbox management
Running the systems that keep a practice moving.
Operational policies
Safeguarding, confidentiality, data protection and health and safety.
