Progression

A pathway, not a one-off course

Our programmes are designed to connect. You can start on the Level 2 Administrative Assistant, progress to the Level 3 Business Administrator or General Practice Business Administrator, and go on to one of our Level 4 programmes as your responsibilities grow: the Associate Project Manager for people running projects, or the NHS Transformation and Associate Project Manager for those leading wider change.

Community Health and Wellbeing Worker apprentices frequently move into paid community connector, social prescribing and coordination roles, and can also progress to the Level 4 programme.
