NHS Transformation and Associate Project Manager: the programme
From 16 months, plus a 5-month Apprenticeship Assessment (AA). Around six hours a week of your working time goes on learning: workshops, online resources, work-based projects and one-to-one time with your tutor.
Project planning and delivery
Scope, schedule and deliver projects that land local initiatives successfully.
Leadership and change management
Lead teams and stakeholders through transformation, from new care pathways to Integrated Neighbourhood Teams.
Stakeholder and MDT communication
Build the business case and bring multidisciplinary teams and partners with you.
Governance, risk and data
Manage budgets, risk and CQC-aligned governance, using digital tools and healthcare data to inform decisions.
