We are excited to share that we are expanding our support to provide a recruitment service that helps you find, onboard, and train new talent through our tailored apprenticeship programmes. Every new recruit receives apprenticeship training specifically designed for primary care as well as 1-1 support, allowing you to build skilled, long-term talent without stretching your practice team.

Our programmes and pathways
We can also support your practice to adopt a progressive pathway approach to recruit, train and retain young talent (aged 16–24). The candidate is recruited through the Level 2 Administrative Assistant apprenticeship. Once they complete their apprenticeship, they progress to Level 3 or 4 programmes, depending on their skillset and career aspirations.
Our current programmes on offer for newly recruited individuals or existing employees are:

| Business Administrator | Level 3 | 12 months | Managing complex primary care processes; project management; complaint resolution; stakeholder relations; process improvement |
| Community Health and Wellbeing Worker | Level 3 | 12 months | Implementing behaviour change models to promote health and wellbeing; social prescribing and community asset mapping; managing referrals and personalised care planning; communicating and promoting public health messages |
